Susan wears many hats: BodyTalk practitioner, poet, artist, gardener, Mama and Nana. Having spent forty years in Victoria, Canada, she now lives in the Cowichan Valley with her husband, the novelist, Bill Stenson.
She agrees with Sylvia Muiznieks, the founder of the Helio-Sol system, who says the best way to address imbalances in the body mind is to go to the source – the attachments to beliefs. Susan supports her clients in discovering the open door that is their very own intelligent heart.
When not wearing these hats, she loves to play with her children and grandchildren, their dogs and their cats!
